.THE CANON LIST!
I know the Whoniverse is filled with many characters, but I can't list them all here! If you want a canon that isn't named here, simply reply to this thread with their name, era and then make your application. Once that character is accepted, we'll add them to the list.
*An asterisk usually has an explanation under the list. If it doesn't, it means the *character is from a spin-off and hasn't appeared in the TV show.

While each regeneration of the doctor may be played by separate people, companions (and other Time Lords) who appear with multiple regens will still be played by the same account. The Master may be played in multiple accounts like The Doctor, however if someone wants to play him as every regen, he/she is welcome to do so!
