I know that you left Handy with me with the best intentions. But Torchwood salary is not enough to keep two people happy. Specially with Handy buying all types of weird stuff. UNIT nor Torchwood allow him to work because he's not even 1, he may have your mind/years but that's how things work here. I'm working and I feel like I'm babysitting at the same time(no offense to Handy). You and Donna better start sending an allowance or I'm jumping back into your Universe and going Bad Wolf on both of you.
