I found this the other day and it makes sense, so I really want it to be true, just because it would be the most epic thing ever!!! I did not write any of this, but I do find it amazing.
Amy Pond is the T.A.R.D.I.S. – Eleven Doctors, Eleven Pieces of Evidence
The following is all purely speculation. That said, however, I will attempt to provide in the following bullets a series of evidence to support my guess. Some items used are only semi-canonical, but there has never been any disclaimer that they are not true.
1) The Tardis exploding in “The Pandorica Opens”. It cuts directly from that scene to Amy dead in Rory’s arms and pulls out to see all the stars exploding. In the form of a paradox, the Tardis cannot exist without Amy, and so it explodes with her death.
2) His ending speech in Amy’s bedroom in “Big Bang 2”. He keeps mixing up his pronouns when talking about Amy and the Tardis, sometimes overlapping the sentences. It reads as though he is talking about them as though they are the same being. He also frequently refers to the Tardis as “She” and “Her”.
3) If the explosion is what opened the cracks and set Omega free (acting on my theory that Omega is that voice in Big Bang), then he set into motion the events to get Amy to that moment.
4) If we consider the “Runaway Bride”, there are two parts it contributes to the idea. The first is that humans can incubate huon energy – which is only in the heart of the tardis. Two, if Donna’s energy can pull the rest of the Tardis around her, that is how Amy forms the space around her and why she phases into new forms of the interior.
5) The Shakespeare code: “Words have power”. Amy’s words had the power to bring the Doctor back out from behind the cracks. A power that is only present in the Tardis.
6) If I’m right, Rose brings the power of the Tardis inside her. Let the lesbian/slashing subtext begin.
7) You notice in the trailer for the new season that there is a Tardis-in-the-making that River goes into? Yeah, well to finish the design, that’s where Amy becomes inserted as the final component to make his Tardis (See “the lodger” with questions)
A prophecy given to the 8th Doctor that Gallifrey is to be attacked. One of those people to attack is Omega. If Omega plans to attack, his first motivation would be to get it out of the Time Lock. Cue a second need for a Tardis. [Semi-canonical. The prophecy is in a novelization that occurred between the end of the original and beginning of the new series.]
9) Amelia means “hard working” and “beloved to the lord”. The Time Lord. Pond I can’t be as clever about. It just means she’s blue.
10) Moffat declared in Doctor Who Magazine that, “The calamitous and, frankly, shocking events at the climax of episode seven will still be ringing in your ears when Doctor Who returns in the autumn for a further six episodes.” He continued, “You’ll see The Doctor’s life change forever. You will gasp at the true nature of his relationship with Amy…” The only steps closer to the Doctor than a companion is to fall in love with the Doctor, or be his longest companion (the Tardis).
11) Amy Pond is the 40th companion the Doctor has had. His Tardis is a Type 40 Capsule.
