THE EIGHTH DOCTOR !
romantic - dark - flippant - decisive - passionate
[/center]
As you may have guessed, my name is the doctor, but almost everyone calls me John Smith, The Oncoming Storm. I was born A long time ago, so that makes me just about 892. Don’t be alarmed, but I am a(n) Time Lord.
ARE YOU REALLY HAPPY
---------------------------
WITH THE PERSON THAT YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR
This incarnation of The Doctor is of average height and build. He has curly brown hair and blue eyes. Certain situations, like when he's asked where he comes from, his eyes changed between gray and blue. His clothing style can best be described as Victorian. He wore a long green jacket, a waistcoat with a pocket watch, a cravat and occasionally he wore a top hat. However, when he planned to go to Egypt, he would don a fez, so he could fit in with the locals.
AND SO WE REACH A NEW POINT
---------------------------
IN THE PATH OF LIFE, DEATH AND IMMORTALITY
He's a caring individual. He likes the human race and while his previous incarnations could become exasperated with their shortcomings, he's amused by them. He has a childlike manner towards romance and is willing to entertain romantic notions. The Doctor doesn't like to kill, but he will do it if it is necessary, though it is easy to see that he regrets it afterwards.
When he was exiled to Earth and lost his TARDIS, he became an angry and dark person, though he did remain passionate. When he lost his daughter, he would get angry at anything that reminded him of her. The Doctor also didn't understand the idea of gloating. He also had a tendency to tell people of their futures in an attempt to get them to make the right decisions. The Doctor also is prone to bouts of amnesia and is even good at picking pockets.
HOW CAN WE EVER TELL A TALE
---------------------------
IF WE STILL DON'T KNOW ITS BEGINNING AND END
After The Master met his end on Skaro, The Doctor chose to respect his last wish and take his ashes back to their home planet. Even though his old friend was ashes, he managed to take control of the TARDIS and made it crash in San Francisco, in the middle of a shootout. The Doctor was shot by accident. He was taken to the hospital but the doctors weren't familiar with his physiology and mistook his double heart as fibrillation. They tried to save him, but they caused his death. It took awhile for the regeneration process to kick in and he didn't regenerate until he was in the morgue for several hours.
After regenerating, he had amnesia and couldn't remember who he was. After awhile, though, he was able to gain his memory back. Dr. Grace Holloway became his first companion. She helped him defeat The Master for the last time or so this Doctor thought. After he did that and left California, he suffered another bout of amnesia due to the Master's last trap. In order to get his memories back, he had to go back in time and help his other incarnations with some crisis. After getting his memories back, he met a Coal Hill School student named Samantha Jones. They traveled together for a time before he dropped her off at a Greenpeace Rally.
He also traveled with an ice warrior named Ssard and a human named Stacy. They stayed with him for a little while. Sometime after they left, they fell in love and invited The Doctor to be best man at their wedding. He also teamed up with a few old companions to help save the Earth against an ice warrior invasion.
Three years later, The Doctor returned to the rally and collected Sam. They went on many adventures together and during their travels, they discovered that Time Lords were going to be involved with a war sometime in the future. The Doctor decided to explore the subject and upon doing so discovered he was not traveling with the real Sam Jones. Her biodata had been manipulated to mould her into a distraction for him.
Fitz Kreiner joined them soon afterwards, but Fitz was abducted by the Faction. The Doctor met a clone of Fitz-a Faction member who was a biomass copy-and when he realized that, he used the TARDIS to restore Fitz's memory and identity to the clone, for The Doctor was sure the original Fitz was dead.
Both Sam and Fitz were gone. The Doctor continued his travels with the clone and an ex Faction agent named Compassion. The Faction changed his history, making his Third incarnations regeneration too early, infecting him with a virus that would take hold every time he regenerated and would transform him into a Faction member.
Compassion's implant triggered an unexpected mutation into a 102 TARDIS. Because of that, Romana led the Time Lords to try to capture her. Because of the apparent destruction of his old TARDIS, the Doctor and Fitz retreated inside of Compassion. They traveled inside her for a while until the Faction Paradox came to a head on Gallifrey.
The Doctor's infection created an alternate timeline, in which the Doctor was supposed to become Grandfather Paradox, the founder of the Faction. The TARDIS rebuilt herself after her destruction and she was keeping the original sequence of events in play. The Doctor confronted his future self and managed to destroy the Faction Paradox and Gallifrey. The TARDIS was able to rewrite the altered timeline with the original one. Because of the Traumatic event, the Doctor once again lost his memory.
To give him time to recover, Compassion dropped him off in 1889. He couldn't remember anything and all he had in way of possessions was a box and a note from Fitz, whom he couldn't remember, telling him to meet him in St. Louis on February 8, 2001.
While he did have amnesia and there were certain things he didn't know, he had kept some general knowledge. The Doctor also showed some traits that were out of character for him. He let people die if he thought it was necessary and he even dated a young woman in the eighties. Not only that, but he also adopted a girl named Miranda.
Unable to know what was meant by St. Louis in the letter from Fitz, he opened a restaurant with that name and Fitz met him there on the date specified in the note. With a new companion, Anji Kapoor, The Doctor and Fitz got the TARDIS back, defeated invading aliens and went back to traveling throughout time.
His adventures continued after that. There was one point he lost his second heart to an eighteenth century secret agent named Sabbath, though he did eventually defeat him and get his heart back. He also met a human woman named Trix and traveled with her for a time. He also had adventures with Charley Pollard and an alien named C'rizz. At one point, he also teamed up with Romana and K-9 again.
Then the Last Great Time War started and The Doctor fought in the battle. He helped end the battle, but it cost him his life. The eighth incarnation of The Doctor regenerated into the ninth.
